"Pretty much what I expected"
I figured it would show up without any issues, and that’s basically what happened. Everything was the right item and it arrived on time.

"Fresh enough, but not perfect"
I ordered maybe 3 or 4 steaks from grandwesternsteaks.com, and they arrived cold with the packaging in good shape. Nothing was leaking or busted open, so that part was totally fine.
The meat looked fresh overall, but one pack had a bit more of a smell than I was expecting when I opened it. It wasn’t awful or anything, and it cooked up okay, but it just didn’t feel as fresh as I’d hoped.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad order, but for around this price range I expected it to be a little better. I might give them another shot at some point, but I’m probably not rushing to reorder

"My gut says this is solid meat"
The steaks were really tender and tasted fresh. Just going off my gut, the meat quality felt way better than average, and I’d definitely buy it again...

It arrived really quickly, well, quicker than I was expecting anyway. No issues with the order, and everything showed up just fine.

"Pretty good steaks for what I paid"
From what I remember, the steaks were better than I expected for the price. I ended up paying less than I thought I would, and they actually tasted really good.

"My first impression when the order arrived was..."
My first impression when the order arrived was good. The box itself looked sturdy, and when I opened it up the steaks were still frozen/cold, so everything seemed to be packed well. The dry ice was mostly gone by then, but the temperature still seemed fine. I took off one star because the outside of the box was a little beat up, but overall it arrived in good shape.

"They got back to me quickly"
I had a question and they responded faster than I expected, which was a relief. They helped me without making the whole thing feel complicated or like I was asking too much. That’s kind of all you want in the moment, right?

"Seriously tasty steaks!!"
These cooked up really nicely!!! The flavor was super rich and beefy, like... way better than I expected. They are a bit on the pricey side, but honestly?? For a good dinner, I’d say the taste made it worth it!!
